Taking a cue from the Neptunia series, Compile Heart also added transformations to Fairy Fencer F. Underneath each character’s life bar is a tension gauge. When this fills up, you deal more damage, but when the tension gauge drops your defense power decreases. After reaching a certain point you can trigger a transformation.
