Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Force Isn’t A Port, But It Includes Part Of The PS3 Game

Compile Heart revealed Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Force as an upcoming PlayStation 4 title during Sony’s pre-Tokyo Game Show press conference. Since there hasn’t been much revealed about the game, Siliconera asked Compile Heart what is Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Force?

Norihisa Kochiwa, head of development at Compile Heart and the Otomate brand, said to Siliconera that Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Force is not a port of the PlayStation 3 game that comes out in North America and Europe this week. A part of Fairy Fencer F will be included in Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Force so newcomers can jump into the series and follow the storyline.

Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Force will be darker than Fairy Fencer F too, but Kochiwa didn’t detail how. He also teased that they plan to improve on the battle system in Fairy Fencer F with new features that will surprise players.

Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Force is in development for PlayStation 4.
