Argent Skull

The Argent Skull is a weapon that specializes in explosions and AoE attacks. A lot of its attacks drop skulls in their wake, which you must pick up in order to use that move again. It also specializes in dealing with ranged attacks, so you can stay away from particularly dangerous enemies.

Some of its moves also involve dealing damage while dashing, so if you need to dash away to safety, the Argent Skull does a good job at punishing enemies as you do so. Argent Skull’s Boons focus on increasing its AoE and their AoE power.

Here is everything that the Argent Skull can do:

  • Basic Attack: Argent Skull can be thrown, exploding on impact and dealing AoE damage.
  • Omega Attack: You can charge up your throw, allowing the Argent Skull to deal more damage when it explodes.
  • Special: When you dash, you can deal AoE damage around you as you move. This only works in the initial dash.
  • Dash-Attack: You can throw an Argent Skull after dashing, allowing you to strike opponents from a distance.

You can unlock the Argent Skull with the following materials:

  • Bronze x 1
    • Obtained by mining it on the Surface.
  • Glassrock x 2
    • Obtained by mining it in the Mourning Fields.

Moonstone Axe

The Moonstone Axe gives you a combination of defense and offense. It’s a very slow weapon, but it deals great damage and provides more defensive abilities than the other weapons. Its Boons primarily focus on increasing its overall attack power.

The Moonstone Axe has the following attacks:

  • Attack: Smashes the ground, dealing AoE damage.
  • Omega Attack: Melinoë swings the axe in a circle, buffeting enemies and stopping them from getting too close.
  • Special: Creates a small shield in front of Melinoë for the duration of this attack. When this attack is held, it will strike the opponent in front of it.
  • Dash-Strike: Strikes enemies from a distance by leaping at them.

You need the following materials to make the Moonstone Axe:

  • Silver x 15
    • Obtained by mining in Erebus.

Sister Blades

The Sister Blades are a pair of blades that facilitate quick single and AoE attacks. Most of their attacks involve getting up close to enemies to hit them. There are some attacks that have a wider range but only target specific enemies. The Sister Blades, on their own, aren’t the heaviest hitters, but they make up for that with speed.

The Sister Blades’ Boons focus on giving their light attacks additional effects and increasing Melinoë’s movement speed so she can get around faster. The Sister Blades can do the following attacks:

  • Basic Attack: Wide AoE slashes to the area directly in front of Melinoë.
  • Omega Attack: A dash-charged attack where Melinoë leaps through a foe, dealing damage in her wake.
  • Special: Single-pointed jabs with a long reach.
  • Omega Special: Multiple pointed jabs at the enemies in front of Melinoë, also with a long reach.
  • Dash-Strike: A dash attack that concludes with a wide swipe at enemies.

You can craft the Sister Blades with these materials:

  • Silver x 1
    • Obtained by mining in Erebus.

Witch’s Staff

The Witch’s Staff is a good all-round weapon. It attacks quickly up close and has lots of powerful ranged abilities. The Witch’s Staff’s Boons make its ranged attacks more powerful, either adding additional effects to the attacks or increasing their AoE and overall power.

Here’s what the Witch’s Staff can do:

  • Basic Attack: Its basic attack hits the enemy in front of Melinoe, with decent reach as well.
  • Omega Attack: Hits enemies within a wide AoE in front of Melinoë. When charged up, it’ll hit enemies behind and in front of her with an even wider reach.
  • Special: Fires singular blasts at enemies far away.
  • Omega Special: Hits far-away enemies with a huge ball of energy.
  • Dash-Strike: Strikes enemies in front of Melinoë with a long reach while dashing.
  • Other: Hits enemies with an attack that has a wide AoE.

The Witch’s Staff is the weapon that you get automatically when starting the game, so you don’t need to craft it.

Umbral Flames

The Umbral Flames focus on dealing with AoE damage. Their effects often follow Melinoë, striking enemies when they get too close. Much like the Witch’s Staff, the Umbral Flames’ Boons focus on increasing its overall AoE damage and giving its attacks additional effects.

Here’s what the Umbral Flames can do:

  • Basic Attack: Throws flames at enemies. This attack has a wide reach and will move through enemies to strike other enemies behind them.
  • Omega Attack: Fires stronger flames.
  • Special: Throws multiple flames in a circle around Melinoe, dealing a wide AoE of damage around her.
  • Omega Special: Throws fewer flames around Melinoë, dealing a wide AoE of damage around Melinoë.
  • Dash-Strike: When Melinoë dashes, she will throw a ball of flames at the area in front of her.

In order to unlock Umbral Flames, you need the following materials:

  • Silver x 1
    • Obtained by mining in Erebus.
  • Cinder x 3
    • Obtained by defeating the Hecate boss fight at the end of Erebus.
