Even Project X Zone 2’s Shopkeepers Are Crossover Characters

Project X Zone 2 is a buffet of fanservice down to the shopkeepers. Sylphie, who runs a shop in Capcom’s arcade game Forgotten Worlds, is in Project X Zone 2 as a weapons seller that appears in unexpected places.

The item shopkeeper, Miyuki, comes from a Namco shooter on the TurboGrafx16 called Ordyne. Ordyne has shops in the middle of stages players can fly into and the idea carried over to Project X Zone 2.

Famitsu also revealed a new character, Sheath. This rabbit girl comes from the North American branch of the same villainous group as Saya. Saya returns from Namco X Capcom as a Project X Zone 2 enemy too. Together, the two characters plan to guide the world into chaos.
