Elysia Explains How to Use the Aponia Battlesuit in Honkai Impact 3rd

Now that Honkai Impact 3rd 5.7 is live, that means a new tutorial video. HoYoVerse always releases one to show exactly how the new S-rank battlesuits work after they debut. This time, Elysia is explaining how fellow Thirteen Flame-Chasers member Aponia behaves in Honkai Impact 3rd.

As is customary for these sorts of Honkai Impact 3rd trailers, Elysia begins by introducing Aponia. This is meant to help get a feel for the person’s personality. Aponia feels she’s sinned and needs to make amends, and she’s connected to Discipline in the Thirteen Flame-Chasers. Elysia makes sure to emphasize that while she is powerful, strict, and stays in the dark, she’s still a kind person.

After that, Elysia goes over the Aponia Disciplinary Perdition battlesuit and shows Honkai Impact 3rd gameplay footage. She begins with a look at the Conviction form. It shows how she can deal lightning damage when she’s on and off the field when it is active. After that, it looks at normal attacks with her chakram and how she can enter her Conviction form. At just before the two minute mark, her Predictor’s Sentence form shows up. That can only be triggered after building up Redemption while in Conviction. That causes thunderstorms that build up to Inhibitor’s Adjudication when Redemption runs out.

Just before the four minute mark, some Elysian Realm tips and suggestions appear. These mention good Valkyries to include as supports for her and possible Remembrance Sigils to use.

Here’s the full Disciplinary Perdition tutorial. If you turn on closed captions, there are English subtitles.

Honkai Impact 3rd is available for PCs and mobile devices.
