Elden Ring Shadow of Erdtree Character and Armor Shown in Art

Bandai Namco shared a new teaser for Elden Ring Shadow of Erdtree, and it shows a new platinum-blonde character bearing as-yet-unseen equipment. The person’s identity wasn’t noted, but past lore and imagery suggested that Miquella the Kind, son of Queen Marika the Eternal and brother of Malenia, was blond with braids in his hair.

Here is the new piece of Elden Ring Shadow of Erdtree character art. The text reads, “Will you walk with us?” The person is wielding a sword, holding it it upward. 

We’ve seen quite a few additional insights into characters, enemies, and areas ahead of launch. For example on May 17, 2024, the official social media account shared the following image of a new enemy we’ll face in the expansion.

On May 21, 2024, we got one of our best looks into some of the characters we’ll see in the Elden Ring Shadow of Erdtree story trailer. It began with more looks at Miquella. We then saw more of the war and key players alongside Messmer’s army. It then went over how Miquella gave everything up in search of the quest and shows players potentially following his path.

Elden Ring is available on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC. The Shadow of Erdtree DLC expansion appears on June 21, 2024.
