Three more Eiyuden Chronicles stretch goals have appeared following the Kickstarter passing another major milestone. Now that $2.6 million has been raised from over 26,000 backers, Rabbit and Bear Studios has added stretch goals to add a 105th recruitable hero, Mellore, the ability for party members to occasionally talk to one another, and a vague “economy of scale” feature as potential features.

The Party Conversations is currently the most realistic of the three new stretch goals. Titled “Words with Friends” on the product page and placed in the $2.7 million slot, it would have people who are in your party occasionally talk about scripted topics. Mellore is a young woman who dreams of becoming a magical girl. This mage would be the 105th hero and bring Eiyuden Chronicles closer to the 108 “Stars of Destiny” figure Suikoden games have if $2.75 million is pledged. All we know about “Economy of Scale” is that it will be funded if $2.85 million is raised.

So far, fifteen of the Eiyuden Chronicles stretch goals have been reached so far. Here’s the full list of extra characters and features people will find in the final game as a result.

  • Chinese and Korean localizations
  • Console ports

  • Fishing minigame

  • Hildi, Maxim, Perrielle, and Yuferius VII can be recruited

Eiyuden Chronicle’s Kickstarter will run until August 29, 2020. The game is expected to appear on PCs in October 2022, and the stretch goal for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and the next Nintendo system’s versions has been passed.
