Easiest Delves in World of Warcraft The War Within

New to World of Warcraft: The War Within are Delves, small dungeons designed to be delved through on your own. Delves as a whole have increasing difficulties (called Tiers in-game) unlocked as you complete them. Finishing any delve at your highest unlocked Tier will unlock the next tier for all of them. Higher tiers reward better items and gear. This being the case, savvy players are searching for the easiest delves in World of Warcraft: The War Within in order to unlock higher tiers with less frustration. If you’re having trouble moving up, have a look at the following delves and give them a try.

The Spiral Weave

This delve is favored by many players because one of its scenarios, “Strange Disturbances,” doesn’t require fighting the usual delve boss. All you need to do is clear enemies as you walk through the delve backwards, then fight another wave with a relatively easy boss substitute at the end. This is more important at higher tiers, where bosses in other delves can potentially one-shot you depending on what class you’re playing. Regardless of scenario, however, the Spiral Weave won’t give you too much trouble. It’s a small zone and other scenarios have easy-to-clear objectives as well as additional movement options to help get past enemies you don’t want to engage.

Tak-Rethan Abyss

Tak-Rethan Abyss is a heavy hitter. Enemies in this delve are spread out in small groups making them easy to dispatch. No matter the active scenario, objectives are easy to complete, consisting of destroying a small number of objects or enemies. There isn’t even a boss for one of the scenarios. It’s replaced with a segment where you pilot a mech and shoot at enemies for a while. The only worry you’ll have in this delve is keeping an eye on oxygen, but there’s plenty of air bubbles to grab. Tak-Rethan is so short and sweet, that it’s also one of the faster delves in The War Within you can complete. This makes it a perfect candidate for unlocking higher tiers with.

Fungal Folly

Fungal Folly offers the path of least resistance when choosing delves. The platforms of varying height and spacious interior of this delve offer isolated areas to pick off enemies one-by-one. This makes Fungal Folly a natural fit for higher tiered runs, where pulling small groups at a time is essential. The hazard you face- fungal spores that explode and send anyone in the vicinity flying backwards- can be used against enemies as well. You can one-shot most of the enemies in this delve with a well-placed spore explosion (that is, if you don’t explode yourself in the process.) If all of this wasn’t enough, the delve’s boss has very simple mechanics, with an easily avoidable spin attack that stuns it afterward. If you’re looking for the absolute easiest delve to unlock tiers with, you can’t go wrong with Fungal Folly.

Between these three delves, you should be able to find one to grind out higher tiers with. If you run into a scenario you don’t like in one, try another or wait until the scenarios reset! Before you try to unlock those delve tiers, you should level up Brann to get his full range of abilities. The easiest way to do so is to run the fastest delves in The War Within, which you can find here. If you haven’t unlocked them yet, here’s how to unlock Season One delves in The War Within.
