GKids revealed the Earwig and the Witch English launch details, and people won’t have to venture outside or be in a theater to watch it. There will be two different opportunities to see it in February 2021. There will be showings in theaters on February 3-4, 2021, before the film is added to the HBO Max streaming service on February 5, 2021.
The Fathom Events page has a few more details about the Earwig and the Witch showings. The English dub will only be shown on February 3, 2021. People can catch the version with Japanese voice acting and English subtitles on February 4, 2021. It isn’t possible to see which theaters might have it or order tickets yet.
There’s also a new Earwig and the Witch English trailer. This one shows offs the voice acting, gives you an idea of what Earwig’s new life will be like, and even includes a very brief clip of Kacey Musgraves’ “Don’t Disturb Me.”
