Earth Defense Force 2025’s Independence Day-Like Mothership And Three Player Tank

What’s more dangerous than gigantic ants? How about the mothership in Earth Defense Force 2025. This flying orb packs a giant gun that shoots a laser that decimates buildings. Earth Defense Force 2025 has a Wing Diver unit that can fly up and shoot the laser cannon before it fires.

Earth Defense Force 2025 has a couple of new vehicles you can use in multiplayer mode.

Epsilon Armored Railgun can carry up to three people. One player uses the railgun and the other two can use turrets to keep shooting ants while the railgun recharges.

HU04 Bruto is an armored helicopter with two turrets players can control. While you can shoot enemies in the sky, the Bruto’s side turrets can’t aim downwards. Up to three players can ride the Bruto.

E651 Titan is another vehicle that can carry three players. One person fires the Requiem cannon and the other two use the side turrets.

Earth Defense Force 2025 is slated for release on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 later this year.
