Dynasty Warriors Origins Release Date Falls in January 2025

Koei Tecmo has published a new Dynasty Warriors Origins trailer at the September 2024 State of Play. This trailer also confirmed the release date for Dynasty Warriors Origins. The company will launch the game simultaneously worldwide on January 17, 2025.

This trailer shows some of the event cutscenes that feature the game’s new original protagonist. It also includes close-up views of existing series characters who are also key figures in Romance of the Three Kingdoms, such as Dong Zhuo and a younger version of Cao Cao.

The new trailer marks another entry in the game’s participation in Sony’s State of Play programs, as Koei Tecmo also made its first reveal in the May 2024 edition.

Koei Tecmo will release Dynasty Warriors Origins simultaneously worldwide on January 17, 2025. The game will be available for not only PlayStation 5 but also Xbox Series X and PC.
