Sega held a special smartphone games announcement event today where they shared some updates on the upcoming free-to-play smartphone game Dx2 Shin Megami Tensei: Liberation.
The first part that was revealed during the event was a new AR function that will allow you to summon demons and bring them to life using AR technology.
There will be more going on with the new augmented reality function that will be revealed on a later date.
The AR function doesn’t have a release date yet, but it be available sometime after the game launches.

The AR function is now in development, and it was made in response to the voices of fans.
While on the subject of fans, Sega also revealed that Dx2 Shin Megami Tensei: Liberation will release worldwide thanks to fan demand from various parts of the world. After its release in Japan, it’ll first release in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau.
