Nexon’s console version of Dungeon Fighter Online is set for release on July 13, which is a little unusual since it’s coming out on a Friday instead of the usual Wednesday update cycle.
Dungeon Fighter Live: Fall of Hendon Myre is a hack and slash game based on the PC title of the same name. There are some changes like microtransactions are out of the XBLA release and only three classes: male slayer, male gunner, and female fighter. Softmax, the makers of Magna Carta 2 developed Dungeon Fighter Live, and added drop in multiplayer, even when you’re playing online. You can invite friends while you’re in the middle of a dungeon and when a buddy shows up you can trade items too.
Softmax also optimized the sprites in Dungeon Fighter Live for HD, specifically 720p, TVs. All skill effects have been renewed and the backgrounds have been enhanced.
