Another season of Dropkick on my Devil is just around the corner. Season 3, known as Dropkick on My Devil X, is premiering in July 2022. Halca announced that she will be returning to perform its opening song. Dropkick on my Devil X’s opening song is titled “Are Kore Drastic feat. Aina Suzuki.” As the song title implies, halca will be performing with Aina Suzuki, the voice actress for the show’s main character, Jashin-chan. [Thanks, Anime News Network!]
halca previously handled the opening theme song for Dropkick on My Devil Dash, the second season in the Dropkick on my Devil anime series with the song “Toki Toshite Violence.” Meanwhile, Aina Suzuki sang the opening theme song for Dropkick on My Devil’s first season, “Anoko ni Drop Kick,” alongside multiple voice actresses featured in the show. This included Riho Iida, Yurie Kozakai, Miyu Kubota, Chiaki Omigawa, Nichika Oomori, and Rico Sasaki. Since halca and Jashin-chan are singing Dropkick on my Devil X’s season 3 anime opening together this time around, it can be seen as a little fusion of the series’ previous opening songs throughout its anime adaptations.
Dropkick on my Devil X will start airing in July 2022. Although no plans for an international release or English dub have been confirmed so far, the series has consistently seen western releases. The first season is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video and the second is available on Crunchyroll.
