Square Enix planned to release Drakengard 3 in Japan on October 31, but the game will be pushed back about a month. Drakengard 3 has been rescheduled for December 19. The game was delayed to meet people’s expectations and further increase the game’s quality.
The first two Drakengard games and Nier were made by Cavia, which dissolved after AQ Interactive merged all of its studios together. Drakengard 3 is being developed by Access Games who also made Lord of Apocalypse for Square Enix and are best known for Deadly Premonition.
