A playable demo for Dragon’s Dogma is right around the corner. Capcom say that you’ll be able to try the game out on April 24th via Xbox Live in both North America and Europe. The PlayStation Network demo will go up on April 24th as well in North America, and in Europe on April 25th.

You’ll get a party of three pawns for the demo, and two of the game’s character classes to try out in two separate missions: the Fighter (melee specialist focuses on attacks and counterattacks) and the Strider (focuses on speed, uses a bow and daggers).

The demo will let you customize both your character as well as your main pawn, just like the full game. Once you have the full game, you’ll be able to transfer your characters from the demo into it. Dragon’s Dogma is slated for release on May 22nd in North America and May 25th in Europe.
