Dr Ratio is an Imaginary damage character on the Path of The Hunt. For his Basic ATK, Mind is Might, he will hit an enemy with his book, causing Imaginary damage. His Skill is Intellectual Midwifery, where he throws a stick of chalk at his enemy and does some calculations. He will also boost his Crit Rate and damage based on how many debuffs the enemy has on them.

Debuffs are also key to Dr Ratio’s Talent, which uses a calculation based on number of debuffs to determine whether or not he does a follow-up attack. The more debuffs on a target attacked by a party member, the more likely Dr Ratio will throw a larger piece of chalk at them. He can even follow up his own attacks with this move. A percentage above an enemy’s head indicates the chance of him performing the move. His Ultimate, Syllogistic Paradox, also triggers an effect called Wise Man’s Folly, which increases this chance to 100%.

Outside of battle, his Technique is Mold of Idolatry. This summons a statue of himself which distracts enemies, lowering their speed once battle is triggered.

Dr Ratio is the star of the latest Honkai: Star Rail banner. However, players do not need to spend much time trying to get him, as he is also dropping into every player’s mailbox for the duration of his event. Simply access the in-game mail, and he can be added to your team.

Honkai: Star Rail is out now for PC, PS5 and mobile devices. Dr Ratio is available now through the in-game mail system and the current Panta Rhei banner.
