Kairosoft published a new gameplay trailer for its upcoming game Doraemon’s Dorayaki Story. It shows some of the title’s gameplay features, as well as the background story behind it.
The trailer begins with Doraemon informing Nobita (also known as Noby) that a new Japanese confectionery store focusing on Dorayaki has opened in the town’s vicinity. However, the old man who runs the shop gets injured due to an accident. Doraemon and Nobita ultimately decided to help the owner produce and sell the snacks with the reward of getting free Dorayaki for themselves.
The business simulation game will task the player to purchase ingredients, produce the snacks in accordance with the recipes, and place them in the store to sell. It will also feature Doraemon’s gadgets like the Anywhere Door. In addition, the trailer also revealed that characters from other titles Fujiko F. Fujio had worked on, such as Perman, Pajamaman, and 21 Emon, will appear to purchase the snacks. Characters who have appeared will be registered in the game’s encyclopedia.
