Starfield is unlike any other Bethesda game to date. Besides the fact it doesn’t have nearly the amount of bugs and issues of other titles, it also allows players to explore thousands of planets at their leisure. It also means Starfield breaks the Bethesda trend of not having a New Game+ feature?
Does Starfield Have a New Game+?
Believe it or not, one of the most surprising additions in Starfield is the first true New Game+ from a Bethesda RPG. Despite the fact that monumental games like Skyrim and Fallout 3 have massive fans and immense success, they don’t feature the a new game plus feature.
Sure, you could start a new character and play the game differently without this feature, but it makes the effort a whole lot easier. You can carry over certain items, skills, and the like from your initial playthrough to a brand new one.
To do this, players need to ensure they beat the main story of Starfield surrounding the group, Constellation. It isn’t that long of a story, only spanning around 30 hours or so on its own. But if you beat it, you can keep exploring the galaxy, finishing up other faction quests, or even start all over with New Game+.
I recommend this to players, since it allows you to play the game differently and make other choices. You could opt to play an evil person, for instance, or side with the Crimson Fleet over the UC SysDef. You can also pick new traits and a different background to experience elements like having a mom and dad or an adoring fan.
Starfield is available for Xbox Series X and PC.
