More Final Fantasy VII characters are coming to Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia. Square Enix held one of its livestreams and offered a series of in-game updates confirming Shinra operatives are on the way. The Dissidia FFOO Reno event, The Redheaded Turk, will begin on December 11, 2020. Rude—sorry, the undisclosed mystery character—will follow on December 24, 2020.

In addition to the confirmation that he’ll be showing up this month, both Reno and Rude’s weapon banners will appear at a time when free multi draws are being doled out. As part of in-game holiday events, eight banners between December 2, 2020 and January 7, 2021 will have a first free 10+1 pull for players. So when Reno’s Event Draw begins on December 11, 2020, you’ll be able to do a 10+1 pull without paying 5,000 diamonds. Then, when Rude’s appears on December 24, 2020, you’ll have one free 10+1 pull there.

Square Enix didn’t share the English trailer for the Reno Dissidia FFOO debut or discuss his moveset yet. However, the Japanese Twitter account offered a look at his event chapter scenes and attacks back in March 2020.

As for Rude, Square Enix didn’t officially confirm his launch date yet. However, the livestream did say the next new character’s event would begin on December 24, 2020 and teased viewers with a silhouette of a bald man in a suit.

Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia is available for Android and Apple iOS devices worldwide. The Dissidia FFOO Reno: The Redheaded Turk event will run December 11-25, 2020, with the next “mystery” character (Rude) appearing December 24, 2020 through January 7, 2021. The current new character is Final Fantasy XV‘s Gladiolus.
