Granzella launched the full post-story DLC set for Disaster Report 4 Plus that tells us a bit of what happens after the events of the main game. The set also includes a PS4 theme and set of avatars.
The post-story DLC is split into two parts, with the first part set about half a year after the ending of the first game. Those curious about how it starts can check it out for free but in order to get the second part you’ll need to purchase the DLC set that is going for 1,200 yen on the Japanese PlayStation Store.

Disaster Report 4 Plus is available on PlayStation 4 in Japan with a Switch version releasing on September 26, 2019. The game is headed Westward in 2020 for PS4, Switch, and PC as Disaster Report 4: Summer Memories.
