Dino Crisis to Appear in PlayStation Plus Classics Catalog

During the PlayStation State of Play on September 24, 2024, Sony revealed that Dino Crisis will appear on PS+ as a free game to play. It will come out later this year.

Dino Crisis will be one of the two new games being added to PlayStation Plus’s Classics Catalog. The other one is Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain. As for the free monthly games for active PS+ subscribers, they are WWE: 2k24, Dead Space, and Doki Doki Literature Club. These are for October 2024. People with a PS+ account can download these games and own them for free.

Yet another classic survival horror series from Capcom, Dino Crisis debuted in 1999 on the PlayStation. It follows Regina, a special operations agent who was part of a team investigating a research facility on an island. It turns out dinosaurs are running amok on the island. Regina has to fight her way through the facility in order to survive, as well as uncover the secrets behind this prehistoric phenomenon. The last game in the franchise was Dino Crisis 3, which was came out for the Xbox in 2003. However, many fans have been begging for a new entry.

Dino Crisis will appear on the PS+ as part of its Classics Catalog. However, there is no date as of yet. More information will appear later.
