Idea Factory International shared several screenshots of Dimension Tripper Neptune: TOP NEP through Twitter. The art style already looks fairly different from other Hyperdimension Neptunia titles. Instead of cel-shaded 3D models, this new title will feature pixel art. Additionally, the screenshots show that several characters from the Hyperdimension Neptunia series will appear.

According to the tweet, a Steam page for the game will appear sometime soon, which will provide further details about the game. However, as it stands this title will only release for PC. There is no indication that it will release on other platforms.

In Fall 2020, Hyperdimension Neptunia: The Animation was made available on Steam. This included all 13 episodes from the main series, and the additional OVAs. Additionally, this release included all eight openings and ending songs from series. The Steam release features subtitles in English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.

Dimension Tripper Neptune: TOP NEP will release for PC through the Steam storefront sometime in 2022.
