Digimon Survive rating

Digimon Survive Rating Appears in Brazil

Another Digimon Survive rating appeared. This time, it showed up in Brazil. The Ministry of Justice official site has listings for the PS4, Switch, Xbox One, and PC versions. It also offered a 2022 launch window on the page for it. It suggested that it isn’t appropriate for children under the age of 12. [Thanks, Necro Felipe and Resetera!]

This is the second Digimon Survive rating to appear in the last month. At the end of August 2021, Australia rated the game. It assigned it a PG rating.

Aside from the confirmation about the 2022 release window, the Brazilian Digimon Survive rating didn’t provide any additional details. The delay first came up back in July 2021. This came after multiple delays pushed the title out of 2020.

As a reminder, Digimon Survive will be a slightly different sort of Digimon game. It will be a strategy-RPG. It will be darker than past games in the series. Players will follow a group of students on a school trip who end up transported to another world. They will have to survive against hostile Digimon alongside their partner Digimon. People will also be able to make decisions that shape their experience and boost intimacy with characters.

Digimon Survive is in development for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC and is expected to release in 2022.
