Bandai Namco shared the latest on Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Hacker’s Memory in this week’s issue of Jump magazine with information on its “Domination Battles” as well as two key characters. [Thanks, @Baoliedao.]

First, the magazine scan talks about team battles called “Domination Battles,” where the objective is to fight for turf in cyberspace. In these battles, the place gets split up into squares which turn into your team’s color whenever you go on top of one. If you run into an enemy, you can take them on in a battle in order to take their areas. The goal is to take more spaces than the opponent.

The leader of “Hudie.” He’s the one who helped the troubled protagonist, and got him to join the team of hackers.

Arata Sanada

Formerly a leader of the hacker group “Jude.” Everything about him is cool, but he also has a bit of a childish side.

Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Hacker’s Memory releases in Japan in 2017 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. The game releases in early 2018 in the West.
