Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles Trailers Look at Kimetsu Academy Alts

There are two new English Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles trailers, and each one looks at the Kimetsu Academy alternate versions of characters in the game. One video looks at the Kamado siblings, Tanjiro and Nezuko, and Giyu Tomioka. The other focuses on the different versions of Inosuke Hashibira, Shinobu Kocho, and Zenitsu Agatsuma. In addition, Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles Steam pre-orders are now open.

The first trailer highlights the fact that the siblings are normal students here. Though instead of her muzzle, this version of Nezuko is very fond of bread and always has a loaf in her mouth that she’s eating. As for Giyu, he’s the school’s PE teacher. The video gives us a chance to see their more specialized Kimetsu Academy attacks in Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles. For example, Giyu uses a whistle to chastise a student, Nezuko attacks with her school bag, and Tanjiro makes baguettes.

The second trailer begins by introducing the Kimetsu Academy versions of Inosuke, Shinobu, and Zenitsu, who are all students like Tanjiro and Nezuko. Shinobu practices fencing in that alternate timeline. Zenitsu fights with a broom. Meanwhile, Inosuke wrestles and uses two bats.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba The Hinokami Chronicles will come out on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Windows PC on October 14, 2021 in Japan and on October 15, 2021 in English worldwide. Pre-orders for the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba The Hinokami Chronicles PC version are open on Steam now. If someone gets the Digital Deluxe Edition, they can play starting on October 13, 2021.
