As previously reported, Renegade Kid are remastering survival horror shooter Dementium: The Ward for the Nintendo 3DS, and this week, designer Jools Watsham took to Twitter to discuss some of the changes with fans.

Watsham tweeted: “We’re making these changes to Dementium: Adding manual save spots. Enemies no longer respawn. Adding aim sensitivity option. Any requests?”

When asked if Dementium would allow for dual-stick controls using a Circle Pad Pro or New 3DS C-Stick, Watsham replied that it would. He also revealed that Renegade Kid are considering gyroscopic controls for the 3DS version of the game.

“Which existing examples on the 3DS do you like?” Watsham asked of his Twitter followers. “It seems as tho Zelda’s gyro control is for looking only—can’t move & look. [Resident Evil’s] is close to what I’d like, but is focused on aiming too. Gyro controls for a FPS on 3DS might be one of those things that sounds good in theory, but in practice no one likes. :)”

Dementium: The Ward on Nintendo 3DS doesn’t have a release date yet.
