Sony revealed the Days Gone PC port release date. Back when it was announced, we only knew it would show up on another platform sometime in Spring 2021. Now, we know that people will be able to pick up the open-world “zombie” game and help Deacon find answers about what happened to his missing wife on May 18, 2021.
Here’s the latest trailer going over what Days Gone will be like when it is on a PC. It starts by showing actual footage of the game running at 59.94fps at 4K on a computer. Then, it shows what it would look like on a 21:9 ultra-wide screen. Around the 50 second mark, it switches to an unlocked framerate so people could see what that option would be like. Then, around the 60 second mark, it looks at how features like altering foliage draw distances can change how it looks. Toward the end, it shifts to a peek at the Super Resolution Photo Mode.
Days Gone will come to the PC via Steam on May 18, 2021. Pre-orders are open for the $49.99 game. It is also available for the PlayStation 4 and has an update that adds additional PS5 features.
