On August 21, 2018, the first day of gamescom 2018, Bandai Namco revealed Dark Souls Trilogy, a collection of all three Dark Souls games for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, would be heading westward. However, the company has clarified the statement. Its UK Twitter account noted that the announcement did not apply to Europe.

Dark Souls Trilogy gives people Dark Souls Remastered, Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin, and Dark Souls III: The Fire Fades. In North America, people will get all three games for either the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One in a Steelbook case. In Japan, the Dark Souls Trilogy box set first appeared on the PlayStation 4 on May 24, 2018 and included the three games, a memorial art set with frame, an item encyclopedia, bookends, and a soundtrack.

On October 19, 2018, Dark Souls Trilogy will come to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in North America. That is the same day Dark Souls Remastered will come to the Nintendo Switch in North America and Europe.

Dark Souls Remastered, Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin, and Dark Souls III: The Fire Fades are all immediately available on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One worldwide.
