Publisher Degica has announced that the Taito’s super-widescreen shmup Dariusburst: Chronicle Saviours will be getting DLC on January 14th.

All versions of the game (PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and PC) should be getting three DLC packs on that date. The DLC packs are called RayForce, Night Striker, and Metal Black.

“Each pack will include one new ship from the game of the same name, unique levels, and remixed music from said game,” writes Degica. “Note: the new levels play similarly to CS mode (in 16:9 aspect ratio) and the DLC ships are only usable in the DLC levels. However, ships from the base game can be used in the DLC levels.”

On top of that, the previously PlayStation 4-exclusive Darius Odyssey art book will be available for the PC version at a standalone price of $14.99. Alternately, you’ll be able to get the art book along with the PC version of the game as a compilation for $59.99.

Lastly, Degica has announced that Dariusburst: Chronicle Saviours will finally be launching in Japan on January 14th too.
