We recently learned about Spike Chunsoft’s new post-apocalyptic survival RPG Zanki Zero, and Famitsu has shared its first screenshots showing a character and a bit of the world’s ruins.
Eight more people remaining until “Zanki Zero.”
In Japanese, “Zanki” is a term used for “remaining lives,” or characters/units in shooters and other video games. Spike Chunsoft’s Danganronpa team is working on a new survival RPG that uses the term in its name.
The game takes place in a destroyed world, where its main characters find themselves on an island made of ruins. The game features seamless battles with strong action attributes that’ll let you evade enemy attacks and counter with your own. And yes, there will be a mascot character, but not quite like Monokuma. You can read more about it in our earlier report.
Zanki Zero is in development for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. It is currently about 10% complete.
