Danganronpa Maker Spike Chunsoft Publishing Mighty No. 9 In Japan

Spike Chunsoft, the company behind the Danganronpa series, is also one of the main of Western developed games in Japan. As a publisher, Spike Chunsoft brought the Saint’s Row series, Terraria, and Metro: Redux to Japan. While Mighty No. 9 is primarily developed in Japan, Spike Chunsoft’s relationship with Deep Silver, the company handling Mighty No. 9 in the West, led to this publishing arrangement.

Spike Chunsoft will handle sales of Mighty No. 9 for physical and digital releases in the region based on Deep Silver’s release strategy. Mighty No. 9 is scheduled to come out in Q1 2016 in Japan for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Wii U, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, Nintendo 3DS, Xbox 360, and PC.
