Danganronpa Kyoko and Danganronpa 2 Chiaki Figures Will Be Rereleased

This article is over 4 years old and may contain outdated information

The appearance of the Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc Android and Apple iOS versions isn’t the only May 21, 2020 announcement for the series. Two Phat! figures are coming back. The Danganronpa Kyoko Kirigiri and Danganronpa 2 Chiaki Nanami figures will be getting a rerelease. Both of them will return in exactly one year, as they have a tentative May 2021 launch window.

Preorders are open for both of these Danganronpa figures until June 22, 2020. Kyoko is the slightly more affordable one, as she comes in at $136.99. Chiaki is a little more expensive, as you’ll need to pay $155.99 to bring her home.

Each one of these figures references elements of their personalities and games. For example, the Danganronpa Kyoko figure has her perched at a blood splattered crime scene. (Don’t worry! It uses the series’ signature pink blood.) She’s wearing her signature gloves, and Monokuma is on hand.

With the Danganronpa 2 Chiaki figure, we see the heroine showing off her “Ultimate,” as this Ultimate Gamer has a Sega Saturn-like system hooked up to a TV. Monomi is there to play a game with her. However, things aren’t exactly peaceful and safe, as both are perched above a giant Monokuma face.

Both the Danganronpa Kyoko and Danganronpa 2 Chiaki figures will return in May 2021.
