Daemon X Machina Anniversary Update Will Arrive in November 2020

Marvelous is celebrating the 1st anniversary of Daemon X Machina this month, since the Nintendo Switch version was released in September 2019. The game will receive a new update data in November 2020 that will bring its version up to Ver.1.4.0.

The 1st Anniversary update will add the following content into Daemon X Machina:

  • New Arsenal Exterior Change Item – Groß Feiern
  • New Outer Suit – Gran Daemon
  • New Order/Mission – Eclipse RT: Operation Ω Destruction
    This mission allows you to fight against the enhanced large Immortal, Eclipse Ω. You can also obtain blueprints for the new weapon Mialepida, which is based on the sword wielded by Marvelous First Studio’s mascot character
  • 3 new Arsenal Decals
  • 3 new Preview Backgrounds

Other than the update, Marvelous is also holding a 50% sale on Daemon X Machina and some of its paid DLC on the Japanese Nintendo eShop, which will run until September 30, 2020. The Japanese eShop also has exclusive collaboration DLC with Eureka Seven and Code Geass, which are temporarily available for free until November 14 and November 20, 2020, respectively. The other collaboration DLC with The Witcher 3 does not have an expiry date unlike the former two.

Daemon X Machina was first released on the Nintendo Switch on September 13, 2019. It is also available on PCs via Steam since February 13, 2020.
