Another Cuphead Super Smash Bros Ultimate event is about to begin. On February 14, 2020, characters from the series will come to the game’s Spirit Board. Four Spirits have been revealed in a Japanese tweet. The event will last until February 19, 2020 and comes after a Cuphead Mii Fighter Gunner costume was added as DLC.
The Cuphead Super Smash Bros Ultimate Spirit Board event consists of most of the game’s most important characters. Both Cuphead and his brother, Mugman, will appear. The antagonists also will show up. The Devil and his most notable minion, King Dice, get Spirits too. Details about their abilities haven’t been revealed yet.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has been getting a number of “guest” Spirits lately. In the last few months, we have had a Kunio-kun event, one for Astral Chain, and a Resident Evil Spirit Board. Some of the Pokemon Sword and Shield characters were also added back in November 2019. If you miss an event after it runs, the Spirits from it tend to eventually be added in a subsequent game patch.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is available for the Nintendo Switch. Cuphead is available for the Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC.
