Netflix will soon be the home of two versions of Cowboy Bebop, as the original anime episodes will be streaming there. The service announced it picked up the show. On October 21, 2021, subscribers worldwide will be able to access it online.
Here’s the official announcement. The original run consisted of a single season with 26 episodes from Sunrise. It didn’t note if the movie, Cowboy Bebop: Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door, will also appear.

This marks a second place people can easily access the series. At the moment, Cowboy Bebop is available on Hulu and Funimation.
As for the Cowboy Bebop live action adaptation, that’s about to appear on the service. Netflix announced it will begin airing it on November 19, 2021. It also confirmed Yoko Kanno worked on the soundtrack. It also shared the show’s opening. It is designed to mirror the original anime adaptation’s entrance. Characters like Spike Spiegel (John Cho), Faye Valentine (Daniella Pineda), and Jet Black (Mustafa Shakir) appear in it.
Netflix will begin streaming the original Cowboy Bebop anime episodes starting on October 12, 2021.
