You always outfit an army in strategy RPGs, but you rarely get to see them wear their new armor. Ninja Studio thought this feature was missing from the genre and added a cosplay system to Tactical Guild. Finally, you can see your characters hold and use that legendary sword you spent hours tracking down. Similar to Fire Emblem, Tactical Guild uses 2D sprites for battle animations. Characters retain their costumes during the sequences as seen in the trailer below.

The clip also mentions there are multiple endings to discover which seem tied to your relationship with the various heroines. Do you pick Lea the squire (seen in the video) or Ashiyuna the thief? Of course you will need to have a good grasp of Japanese to make the decision, but I wouldn’t be surprised at all to see Atlus localize Tactical Guild. We know Atlus has a relationship with Success and recently they have been on a strategy RPG publishing spree.
