Code Vein hit a new sales milestone. Bandai Namco took to the official Japanese Twitter account to reveal it passed two million copies sold. The company also shared a new image of Io from Code Vein alongside the announcement.
Here’s the Code Vein tweet announcing the sales milestone and showing off Io. It noted that the two million figure included worldwide digital and physical sales so far.

The last Code Vein sales update arrived in February 2020. That’s when Bandai Namco confirmed that one million copies of the game sold worldwide.
This news also comes on Code Vein‘s second anniversary. The action-RPG appeared worldwide on September 27, 2021. While Bandai Namco didn’t mention anything about a sequel, the company did add a Mia Karnstein-inspired costume for Shionne in Tales of Arise.
As a reminder, Code Vein is an action-RPG along the lines of Dark Souls and God Eater. Players follow a group of vampire-like revenants, dead people kept alive with a parasite that grants them special abilities. Your goal is to survive, find out why Vein is the way it is, recover their memories, and help others.
Code Vein is available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
