Chocobo Tales meets Game and Watch

Just out in Japan is Chocobo de Mobile a collection of four mini games with everyone’s favorite giant yellow chicken as the main character. Famitsu has a picture with four of the games:

Chocobo and Mog Circus Troupe

Chocobo's Western

Chocobo's Apple Hunter

Chocobo Western has a similar control style to the Wild Arms mobile game where you shoot Malboros and Bombs by pressing the numeric keys. Also interesting is Chocobo’s Apple Hunter, which adopts the style of an old LCD game, but it’s in color. If Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo Tales could be a hit I bet something like this would sell well in the USA if Square-Enix ever brought it over.
