Square Enix is hosting a location test for their upcoming arcade rhythm game, Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: All-Star Carnival, and they’ve provided a look at a tutorial video for the game.
For those of you that played any of the other Theatrhythm games, the way it’s played is pretty self-explanatory, except the arcade version has its own unique controllers that go with its own features. The video gives us a visual look at how it works.
The game features over 80 songs and over 60 playable characters. There will also be an online co-op mode to play with other players. The location test will be held in six different areas of Miyagi, Tokyo, Kanagawa, Aichi, Osaka, and Fukuoka. Attendees will receive original NESiCA stickers as presents.
Those of you curious about the location test can find more info about it here.
Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: All-Star Carnival will launch in Japanese arcades in fall 2016.
