Chainsaw Man Anime Coming to Crunchyroll, New Trailer Appears

Crunchyroll confirmed that it will air the Chainsaw Man anime in 2022. It will be available in Japanese with subtitles. It will also be a simuldub show, with Brazilian Portuguese, English, French, German, and Latin American Spanish dubs available. In addition, there is a new Chainsaw Man anime trailer and key visual showing Denji as the title character. There’s no exact release date for it yet.

First, here’s the new trailer for Chainsaw Man. It begins by showing Denji alone in an alley. After that, we see him eating with Chainsaw Man characters like Aki Hayakawa, Power, and Meowy. After that, he’s playing in the ocean with Kobeni Higashiyama and Power. There’s also a scene with Himeno and Aki. After that, things get decidedly darker. Devils appear, as does Makima. After that, we see the Public Safety Devil Hunters at work.

Next, here’s the key art for the anime adaptation. It shows Denji when using his full power.

There’s no exact release date for the Chainsaw Man anime adaptation yet. However, Mappa is the studio working on it. Hiroshi Seko, who worked on Attack on Titan Final Season, is working on its screenplay. Devilman: Crybaby composer Kensuke Ushio is working on its soundtrack.

The Chainsaw Man anime will appear on Crunchyroll in 2022. Viz Media is handling the localization of the manga. Part 2 of the manga will begin appearing in Summer 2022.
