If it will end in nine chapters, then the date of its finale should be January 10, 2024. Though Call of the Night runs in Weekly Shonen Sunday, the magazine actually comes out on Wednesdays in Japan. The story is winding down, so this is a natural end rather than the magazine pulling the plug.

Call of the Night, or Yofukashi no Uta, is a manga series that started serialization in August 2019. An anime series, which Liden Films produced, aired from July to September 2022. The studio also worked on shows like Tokyo Revengers and Goblin Slayer II. Kotoyama is both the writer and the illustrator. Call of the Night is his second manga. He had previously written and illustrated Dagashi Kashi.

It follows the story of Ko Yamori, who develops insomnia as a result of his dissatisfying life. He starts wandering around the streets at night, which is when he meets a vampire named Nazuna Nanakusa. Though he wants her to turn him into a vampire, he must first fall in love with her before he can accomplish it.

Call of the Night will end in January 2024. The anime for it is readily available on HIDIVE.
