The Xbox Games Showcase 2024 opened with the reveal of the first trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. The game will appear for current and last generation consoles on October 25, 2024, and will be out that very day on on Xbox and PC Game Pass.
The campaign will be set in the 1990s during the Gulf War, and classic Black Ops characters Franks Woods and Russell Adler appeared in the reveal trailer for the game. In addition, the game is now available for pre-order, and people will get the Woods Operator Pack as a bonus. The multiplayer will include 12 new 6v6 maps and 4 new Strike maps at launch, and the Zombies mode will also return.

In related news, the Call of Duty x Mobile Suit Gundam crossover event is currently available on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, Call of Duty: Warzone, and Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile and it will last until September 4, 2024.
