The Chococat stuffed animal features the black cat character in his blue collar. He stands at 15 inches tall, just like other characters in the Build-a-Bear Sanrio Hello Kitty and Friends collection. He is available online and in-stores. He costs $36 alone. However, you can also get him for $49.50 in a bundle that includes his themed sleeper pajamas or the $64.50 set that includes Nutz.

In the case of the accessories, those are available too. Nutz the Hamster costs $15 when purchased on his own. This isn’t a plush you can stuff at a store. It is also possible to get the sleeper clothing with Chococat’s face all over it alone for $13.50.

Here’s a closer look at all the plush options that are available:

This isn’t the only recent Sanrio stuffed animal at the retailer. Build-a-Bear revealed a Badtz-maru plush in September 2024. Like Chococat, you can get him with a small stuffed friend. The additional buddy in that case was Pochi the Alligator. Halloween versions of Cinnamoroll, Kuromi, and Pompompurin debuted in August 2024.

The Build-a-Bear Chococat plush is now available in the Sanrio Hello Kitty and Friends line, and you can find him in stores and online.
