Buddy Mission BOND Coming to Japan in January 2021

The Japanese Nintendo Direct Mini exclusively revealed a new Nintendo first-party adventure game titled Buddy Mission BOND. It will be available in Japan on January 29, 2021. The Nintendo eShop page noted that the game will only be available in the Japanese language.

Yusuke Murata, of One Punch Man and Eyeshield 21 fame, is the designer of the characters in Buddy Mission BOND. The game’s story will focus on four main characters that came together to form Team BOND.

Here’s the cast list.

  • Luke, voiced by Ryohei Kimura
  • Aaron, voiced by Takashi Kondo
  • Mokuma, voiced by Toshiyuki Morikawa
  • Chesley, voiced by Daisuke Namikawa

This game will let you select two out of the four members of Team BOND to conduct investigations and infiltrate target facilities. You can see more Buddy Mission BOND gameplay in the official trailer below:
