Bubsy: Paws On Fire Kickstarter Is Attempting to Fund DLC

While the upcoming Bubsy game from Choice Provisions, the Bit.Trip series developer, is a fully funded project arriving in April 2019, a Kickstarter is launching today to crowdfund DLC. The goal is to reach $25,000 to create two costumes for Bubsy and record additional chatter.

However, as is common with Kickstarter campaigns, there will be stretch goals. Commander Video could possibly be funded as an additional DLC character, even more costumes could appear for characters, minigames, new themes, and there could be additional levels.

The Bubsy: Paws on Fire Kickstarter video looks at some of the possible additions and reveals some reward tiers. People can begin backing at $2, but could also pledge $10 and get Bubsy: The Woolies Strike Back, $20 and get Bubsy: Paws on Fire, and $25 to get Bubsy: Paws on Fire and its soundtrack. There will also be a tier that involves getting a physical PlayStation 4 copy of the game.

Bubsy: Paws on Fire will head to the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC in April 2019.
