Bravely Default is getting a demo in North America next month, and this demo will not be part of the actual game. Instead, it will be a side-story that sees Tiz and co. trying to restore of the village of Norende.

Nintendo say the demo will have “hours of content” not available in the full game. You can view a trailer for the demo above. The demo is already available in Europe, and was released in Japan prior to the release of Bravely Default as well.

Bravely Default will be available in North America on February 7th, 2014.
