As reported in the past, Puzzle & Dragons Z and Puzzle & Dragons Super Mario bros. Edition will be released as a single package in North America for the Nintendo 3DS. This week, Nintendo announced that both games together will cost just $29.99.

Puzzle & Dragons Z + Puzzle & Dragons Super Mario Bros. Edition will both be included on a single Nintendo 3DS cartridge and will be available on May 22nd.

Prior to their release, Puzzle & Dragons Super Mario Bros. Edition will get a demo on the Nintendo eShop sometime in early May.

Puzzle & Dragons Z was released in Japan in 2013, and has sold 1.5 million copies in that territory. Puzzle & Dragons Super Mario Bros. Edition hasn’t been released in Japan yet, so American players are actually getting two separate games for less than the cost of your average first-party 3DS title.
