Bandai Namco announced that the network beta test for Blue Protocol has been delayed. The development team is having difficulties in fixing a new bug recently discovered within the current build. Blue Protocol is an online action-RPG currently in development by Bandai Namco Studios and Bandai Namco Online, and network beta test was originally scheduled for January 14, 2023 exclusively in Japan. However, due to difficulties in fixing a new bug interfering with the network test, and the proximity to the initial dates, it will not run as planned.
Bandai Namco has promised more information on the state of the network test will come on January 25, 2023. The company announced this information through their official Japanese website and Twitter account, where it mentioned that the invitation period for friends will be extended, due to the sudden change in plans.

Blue Protocol is being developed by Bandai Namco, and will come to Japan for PC on Spring 2023. PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X versions will come at a later date. The game will appear in North America, South America, Australia, New Zealand, and Western Europe in the second half of 2023. A Blue Protocol closed beta for people outside Japan will appear in 2023.
