Blue Exorcist Game Has Its Own Spin On Social Links

Namco Bandai’s Blue Exorcist game is not a role playing game. It’s an adventure game with a few RPG style battles. The characters in your "party" can become more powerful if you bond with them.

At the end of each day, players can select one character to have a bond event with. You can select conversation choices during the event and certain ones will boost your bond rank. The bond rank directly affects how other characters perform in battle. If it’s low you’ll have less kinds of commands you can use in battle. If it’s high you can do damaging union attacks.

Blue Exorcist is slated for a winter release on PSP in Japan.
